Refund Policy

At Fitigion India (operating under the brand name Made in the GYM), we craft fitness jewellery with passion and precision. We want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, here’s how we handle refunds:

✅ Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only if:

    • You received a damaged or defective product.

    • You received the wrong item.

    • The product was lost in transit.

  • To be eligible, the product must be:

    • Unused and unworn

    • Returned in original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

🚚 Refund Process

  1. Email us at madeintheegym@gmail.com with your order number, product photos, and issue details.

  2. Once approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you on sending it back.

  3. After inspection, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

💵 Mode of Refund

  • For online payments, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer / UPI.

  • Please note: shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

❌ Non-Refundable Items

  • Used, worn, or damaged products (not due to our fault).

  • Customized or engraved pendants.

  • Items purchased on sale/clearance.
